Tata Group Submits Application to Set Up Semiconductor Plant in Assam, Chief Minister Says

Tata group plans to invest Rs. 40,000 crore to set up a semiconductor plant in Assam and the conglomerate has submitted an application with the state government, CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Friday. The chief minister launched the Mukhya Mantri Atmanirbhar Asom submission platform earlier in the day.
