Twitter Down? Users Report Login Issues, Problems Accessing Web Service, Loading Feed

Twitter users have reported issues with being unable to access the microblogging site. Some users are seeing an error that says "Something went wrong, but don't worry - try again" appears when the feed page first loads. Twitter is also expected to start mass layoffs today, and the company is expected to fire nearly half of its 7,500-strong workforce.
