Amazon's $1.7 Billion Takeover of iRobot Under Antitrust Review by US FTC: Report

Amazon announced that it has struck a deal worth $1.7 billion (roughly Rs. 13,500 crore) for taking over iRobot — the makers of Roomba vacuum cleaners. This deal is now being investigated by the US FTC for violating antitrust laws.
