Amazon to Charge Merchants 5 Percent Surcharge for US Fulfillment Services as Fuel Costs Rise

Amazon has announced that it'll charge merchants a 5 percent surcharge for fulfillment services in the US due to rising fuel costs. As of now, Amazon has only announced a surcharge in the US.
